NAPNAP Foundation 2025 – 2027 Strategic Priorities

1.    Form a NAPNAP legacy society to engage members in supporting the Foundation through volunteer and fundraising activities. 

2.    Increase the Foundation's capacity to raise money, engage volunteers, and communicate its work to the NAPNAP community and beyond.

·        Establish an annual advocacy plan targeting future works.

·        Increase media presence of the Foundation including op-eds and social media.

3.    Double the Foundation’s investment in scholarships, grants and sponsorships to support NAPNAP members and continue to expand the pediatric APRN workforce.

4.    Develop and pilot a program to help early career members successfully navigate their career and NAPNAP pathways.
